DESCRIPTION:This is a foil only camp. \nCadet\, Junior and Senior Camp\nRequirements: \n\n\n\nMinimum age: 13 years\nMinimum experience: 3 years of competitive fencing\nRegistrations open to:\nCadets selected for EFC events\nJuniors selected for World Cups\nSeniors selected for Internationals\n\n\n\nYouth Camp\nWe’re excited to announce that this year’s Summer International Sparring Camp will feature a dedicated Youth Camp for the first time! \nRequirements: \n\n\n\nMinimum age: 12 years\nMinimum experience: 2 years of competitive fencing\n\n\n\nDesigned for fencers aged 12+ with a minimum of two years’ competitive experience\, this programme offers young athletes the opportunity to train in a high-performance\, international environment tailored specifically to their stage of development. \nParticipants will benefit from: \n\n\n\nDaily structured sparring\nTactical and technical coaching sessions focused on competition skills\nRefereed poules and match play to build tactical awareness and bout management\nStrength\, mobility\, and injury-prevention work appropriate for developing athletes\n\n\n\nOur youth fencers will train alongside—but in sessions appropriate to their age and experience level with—the senior camp\, creating a motivating atmosphere while ensuring a safe\, supportive\, and development-focused environment. \nThis camp is ideal for young athletes looking to: \n\n\n\nIncrease competitive confidence\nGain experience against unfamiliar opponents\nPrepare for the upcoming season\nTake their fencing to the next level\n\n\n\nPlaces are limited to maintain quality coaching ratios. \nOur coaching team will review each fencer’s experience and allocate them to either the Main Camp or the Youth Camp to ensure the most appropriate training environment.
